Glide School District does not discriminate and prohibits discrimination in any program or activity on the basis of a protected class, including age, citizenship status, color, disability, gender identity, immigration status, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. The district also prohibits discrimination on any additional basis protected by state or federal law.

Complaints and questions regarding discrimination based on any protected class may be directed to the appropriate coordinator listed below. Unresolved complaints may be appealed to the Oregon Department of Education. Complaints and questions regarding discrimination based on age, color, disability, national origin, race, or sex may also be referred to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.

How to Report Discrimination
A student, parent or guardian, employee, applicant, or community member may report suspected discrimination verbally or in writing to a school administrator, the District Office, or any appropriate coordinator listed below. Reports may be made by phone, email, mail, or in person. The district will respond under the policy and procedure applicable to the report.

Glide School District desires to provide a safe school environment that allows all students equal access and opportunities in the district's academic and other educational support programs, services, and activities.
Glide School District does not discriminate in any programs or activities on any basis protected by law, including but not limited to, an individual's actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national or ethnic origin, marital status, age, mental or physical disability, pregnancy, familial status, economic status, veteran status, or because of a perceived or actual association with any other persons within these protected classes.
